Our Warranty and Service Policy
Quality Assurance, Your Trusted Choice. All power generation products provided by Calsion feature components of internationally renowned brands and have obtained ISO9001 international quality system certification. Whether you are a distributor or end-user, you can enjoy efficient and reliable dedicated technical support and services from Calsion's Technical Service Center.
Warranty Period. The warranty period for the generator set is 12 months from the date of manufacture or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, our company will fully assume responsibility for all failures caused by manufacturing defects in the generator set.
Non-Warranty Coverage. The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage: wear parts and consumables of the machine; malfunctions caused by human error or maintenance negligence; failures resulting from non-compliance with the original manufacturer's manual.
Value-Added Protection & Service Request Process. We offer additional paid maintenance services to identify potential issues at their source, ensuring long-term stable operation of your equipment. To request repair service, please download the repair request form and submit your requirements.
